Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Garlic mashed potatoes is one of the easiest dishes you’ll ever make. Just a few simple ingredients and full of flavor…oh and no peeling required!

Why We Love This Simple Side Dish
Just like Dolly Parton, we never met a potato we didn’t like. Remember when she said “I never met a spud I didn’t like” and admitted that every diet she ever broke was because of potatoes. I get it! Lol. These garlic mashed potatoes are the PERFECT side dish. For one…you don’t even have to peel the potatoes! Oh and they are absolutely delicious. Plus…they take very little time to throw together. Add them to any weeknight dinner or holiday. You won’t be sorry!
Variations
You could easily add some chives to this dish. Feel free to add shredded sharp or parmesan cheese. Like spice? Dress it up with a little cajun seasoning. Honestly, just add what you like!
