  • Jar of pimentos (undrained)
  • White sugar
  • Salt
  • Smoked paprika

HOW TO MAKE

When we said this was easy, we meant it! Mix all ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. That’s it!

PRO TIP: Many will say that pimento cheese is better if you shred your own cheese. So you can buy a block of Monterey cheese and shred it. However, you can easily buy cheese that is already shredded.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 4 ounce jar of pimentos (undrained)
  • 1 tbsp of white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of celery seeds
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least two hours. Serve on bread or with crackers.
