Monterey Jack Pimento Cheese is a fantastic as appetizer or spread for a sandwich. It's a twist on an old calssic and will quickly become a favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 4 ounce jar of pimentos (undrained)
  • 1 tbsp of white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of celery seeds
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least two hours. Serve on bread or with crackers.
