Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet
This Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet is made with ground chicken instead of chicken breast. It’s so simple and makes the perfect weeknight meal!

Easy Dinner Recipe in Under 30 Minutes
We love those dishes that come together quickly but still pack a punch in the flavor department. That is this dish. Most chicken parmesan dishes are made with a breaded chicken breast; this recipe is made with ground chicken. Ground chicken adds a slightly different texture, and we love it. This dish is a twist on an old favorite that we make frequently. It’s so simple and delicious! Speaking of delicious dinners….here are five more we have on repeat!
KEY INGREDIENTS
- Bowtie pasta
- Olive oil
- chopped onion
- Minced garlicÂ
- Ground chicken
- Marinara sauce
- Shredded mozzarella
- Shredded Parmesan
- Ricotta cheese
SWAPS
-You could easily use any type of pasta and cheese you like in this recipe. Feel free to add any additional spices or herbs, too.
What to Serve It With
We love pasta bakes because basically it’s a meal in one dish! However, you may want to add a delicious salad or bread to go along with this dish. These creamed cucumbers or garlic brussels would be great. If you need a bread option, add our cheesy Hawaiian rolls or our garlic quick bread.
