Blackberry Boursin Cheese Dip
We took the viral Boursin cheese dip everyone loved and gave it a delicious Southern twist! Sweet blackberry preserves, creamy Boursin cheese, and crunchy pecans come together for an easy appetizer that’s almost impossible to stop eating.
Why We Love This Recipe
Viral recipes are everywhere, and while some don’t quite live up to the hype, the viral Boursin cheese dip definitely caught our attention last year. The original version combines creamy Boursin cheese with fig preserves, crunchy pistachios, and a drizzle of hot honey for an easy sweet-and-savory appetizer. We decided to take that popular combination and give it a Southern spin! We swapped the fig preserves for blackberry preserves and traded the pistachios for pecans, two flavors that were meant to go together. The result is an incredibly easy appetizer that’s sweet, savory, creamy, crunchyand one we’ll be making again and again. What else we love…it takes 5 minutes to put together. We served this dip last year for our annual Christmas Eve gathering and it didn’t last long! We love any recipe that comes together quickly and also leaves a lasting impression. That is this blackberry boursin cheese dip! Easy peasy and SO good!

This recipe is simple, simple! You can switch out the jam to your liking. Try it with different nuts! Add a drizzle of regular honey, hot honey or leave it off all together. Feel free to experiment. It’s a delicious savory/sweet appetizer that you can make to your liking.

Blackberry Boursin Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 2- 5.3 ounces packages of Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese
- 1 cup of Blackberry preserves
- ¼ cup of chopped pecans
- Ritz Crackers
Instructions
- Spread the Boursin cheese with a spoon on to a plate. Spread the blackberry preserves over it and then sprinkled the chopped pecans on top. Serve with Ritz crackers.
Notes
How To Store
If you have any leftovers, store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for 2-3 days.
