Turkey Cranberry Sliders
These Turkey Cranberry Sliders are basically the “after Thanksgiving” treat! Take your holiday leftovers and turn them into a fabulous appetizer. Sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese on a simple slider roll make the perfect leftover snack.

WHAT MAKES THIS APPETIZER SO EASY?
These sliders are a good idea anytime, but they are especially DELICIOUS after Thanksgiving! A lot of us have leftover turkey after Thanksgiving, as well as cranberry sauce. Throw in a few more simple ingredients, and you have the perfect leftover slider. They take no time to prepare, and they are absolutely delicious!
KEY INGREDIENTS
- sliced turkey
- provolone cheese
- cranberry sauce
- Hawaiian Slider Rolls
The topping for these turkey cranberry sliders is a very simple mix of butter, brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.

SWAPS AND ADD-INS:
Make chicken instead of turkey for Thanksgiving? Use chicken! This recipe is very versatile. Have leftover dressing? You could easily add a spoonful of dressing before the cranberry sauce to each one, and it would be fabulous.

Turkey Cranberry Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Hawaiian Slider Rolls
- 1 lb sliced turkey
- 6-8 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce can use canned or homemade
Topping
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Separate Hawaiian Rolls by taking a knife and cutting the entire package in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on the baking sheet.
- Layer turkey first, then cover with slices of cheese and then top with the cranberry sauce.
- Place the top of the rolls back on and then mix all the ingredients for the topping together. Spread the topping over the rolls, cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 5 more minutes or until the top is browned. Serve warm.
