Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Leigh Walkup
These simple turkey cranberry sliders are always a good idea, but definitely after Thanksgiving when you have the ingredients on hand. Turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, and slider rolls with a buttery glaze...so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Hawaiian Slider Rolls
  • 1 lb sliced turkey
  • 6-8 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce can use canned or homemade

Topping

  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • Separate Hawaiian Rolls by taking a knife and cutting the entire package in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on the baking sheet.
  • Layer turkey first, then cover with slices of cheese and then top with the cranberry sauce.
  • Place the top of the rolls back on and then mix all the ingredients for the topping together. Spread the topping over the rolls, cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 5 more minutes or until the top is browned. Serve warm.

Notes

If you have liquid smoke on hand, a drop or two in the topping gives these sliders a bit of a smoky taste.
