THIS PUMPKIN PIE DIP IS SO EASY
You know us and easy recipes…we just love them! This one is one of the easiest you’ll find and it’s also DELICIOUS! Whenever we serve this dip, it’s the first thing to go. I believe my husband could eat it all himself. Ha! All you need is a few simple ingredients you can find at any grocery store, and you mix them all, and that’s it! It’s incredibly easy and packed with flavor. This dip can easily be an appetizer for your next gathering or a dessert. It really is perfect for the fall season, but honestly, don’t be scared to serve this pumpkin pie dip anytime! It’s THAT good!
KEY INGREDIENTS
- Can of pure pumpkin
- Vanilla instant pudding
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Vanilla Extract or Flavoring
- Cool Whip
- Cookies or fruit for dipping

TIPS
You could easily sprinkle a little nutmeg or cinnamon on the top of this dip (we used pumpkin pie spice). We use Cool Whip, but you could use any brand of whipped topping you like. You could make your own whipped cream, but it may alter the texture of the dip slightly. This dip is fantastic with vanilla wafers or Biscoff cookies, but feel free to add what you like. Apple slices or pretzels would be great, too!

I just love this recipe and eat it as is, without any cookies. I used the butterscotch sugar free pudding instead of vanilla and am wondering if you have broken down the caloric intake, using the light Cool Whip instead of the regular Cool Whip. So happy to have come across your website and have found many recipes that I’ve run off and put in a binder.
Hi Sylvia, We’re thrilled you’re enjoying our recipes!! I don’t know the nutritional information but you can easily run it through a calorie counter online and it will tell you. Thanks so much!
Friends: I am wondering if the Box Size of Instant Pudding is a Typo? Should it be 1.5 oz box of pudding? None of the puddings I buy come in 5 ounce size. “1 (5 ounce) package of instant vanilla pudding”
Hi! No, it isn’t a typo. It is a 5 ounce box of Vanilla instant pudding. It’s easily found at your local grocery store. We buy it at Wal-Mart. Some are even 5.1. 🙂
