Mini Cinnamon Rolls with Puff Pastry
These mini cinnamon rolls are made with puff pastry. They come together so quickly and require just a few ingredients. No need to wait all morning for cinnamon rolls anymore!

Cinnamon Rolls in Just Minutes
Most traditional cinnamon rolls take a bit of time to prepare because you have to wait for the yeast dough to rise several times. These are made with a puff pastry dough, so they come together quickly! They are perfect for any morning breakfast, brunch, or gathering. The puff pastry dough is buttery and flaky, making it ideal for these little treats! Add these mini cinnamon rolls to your fall morning tailgate or a beautiful spring bridal shower, or simply serve them for breakfast with sausage links or bacon.

Could I make these, put on the baking sheet + refrigerate overnight to bake in the morning to take?
I’m not sure if you can or not, as we’ve never prepared them that way. I would definitely wrap that pan in saran wrap so the dough doesn’t dry out if you do try it. Thanks!
will be making these soon
