Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants
These baked ham and cheese croissants couldn’t be easier! Made with store-bought croissants, they take just minutes to put together and are delicious!

Why We Love this Simple Recipe
These ham and cheese sandwiches couldn’t be easier! We served them at our Doves and Dinner event last year, and people raved about them. They require just a few simple ingredients, and what is so great is that you can make them exactly how you like them. We’ve made them countless times with turkey and cheddar, and they were delicious!
KEY INGREDIENTS
- 6 croissants, halved horizontally
- Smoked Deli Ham
- Sliced Swiss cheese
- Unsalted butter, room temp.
- Dijon mustard
- Honey
- Sea salt
- pepper
- Egg white from an egg or liquid egg whites
- water
- poppy seeds
TIPS
We like to do an egg wash on the top of these croissants, but you certainly don’t have to. You can use a deli meat/cheese combo that you and your family enjoy. If you don’t like poppy seeds… leave them off! These baked ham and cheese croissants are very versatile.
