Oreo Ice Cream Cake is just four simple ingredients and the BEST summer dessert. It's absolutely delicious and perfect for any occasion or weeknight treat!
In a 9X13 dish, layer the ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of the dish. You may have to cut them to fit to the edge. Then spread a thick layer of Cool Whip, followed by crushed Oreo cookies, and drizzle the hot fudge sauce over the top (see note below!).
Repeat for one more layer. Place the cake in the freezer for 30 minutes, then serve. If you store it in the freezer longer, cover it with aluminum foil.
Notes
Tip: warm the hot fudge sauce in the microwave for a few seconds to make it pourable. This cake will keep in the freezer for 5-6 days. Keep covered with aluminum foil.
