Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together. Then add the salad ingredients and toss well. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. This can easily be made a day or two in advance.
Notes
You can easily make swaps with this dish. If you don't like black beans, you could use pinto beans. Don't like green chilies? Simply leave them out.
Instead of sweet corn, you could easily use a can of Mexi Corn.
