Combine the coconut, flour, and 1 tablespoon of lime zest in a bowl and toss together; add lime juice and condensed milk and mix well with a spoon or spatula.
Use a small scoop or your hands to roll into a walnut-sized (walnut out of the shell) ball, pat down a little, and place on a lined baking sheet (we use parchment paper). Sprinkle the remaining lime zest on the macaroons.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bottom of the macaroons are a bit brown. Let cool and enjoy.
