Easy Yogurt Bread

This easy yogurt bread is just five simple ingredients! It can be made with Greek yogurt or regular. Just mix and bake. It's perfect for sandwiches or served warm slathered in butter. Plus, it's full of protein!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk or could use regular milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or could use Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add milk and yogurt. Stir just until combined. Dough will be sticky.
  • Spray a 9 x 5 bread pan with cooking spray or oil the pan and spread dough in the pan with a spoon. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes until center tests done. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Makes 1 loaf. Enjoy!
