Store-bought vanilla frosted cupcakesyou'll find these in the bakery section of your grocery store
1bagSweetened flaked coconuttoasted
1bagBag of Mini Cadburgy Eggs
1Package of Peeps Bunnies
Instructions
We like to toast the coconut, but you don't have to. However, it just takes a few minutes and adds a deeper flavor.
We try to find plain white frosted cupcakes however, if they have sprinkles, no big deal! Just take a knife and remove a thin layer of the frosting from the top, removing the sprinkles. If you don't get them all, it's OK; they will just mix in with the frosting and be hidden by the coconut.
Then, just smooth the frosting out with your knife and make the top a bit flat.
Sprinkle the coconut all over the frosting.
Take your bunny Peep, cut it right below the nose with scissors, and discard the bottom part of the Peep. Place it in the middle of your cupcake and press down a bit so it will stick. Then, place two mini eggs in front of the bunny.
Notes
The number of cupcakes you purchase will determine how many Peeps, mini eggs and coconut you need. We toasted 2 cups of coconut, and it made 12 cupcakes.
You can easily do this with white frosted chocolate cupcakes, too.
