Blue Cheese Biscuit Bites

Blue Cheese Biscuit Bites are so simple. Prepared with canned biscuits, blue cheese crumbles, butter and bacon...that's it! They are super addictive and the perfect appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16.3-ounce canof Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 Tablespoons of Blue Cheese crumbles
  • 3 pieces of cooked bacon, chopped or 2 tablespoons of bacon bites

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400. Cut biscuits in quarters and arrange them in a greased 9-inch baking pan (we use a pie plate).
  • Melt butter and cheese together and pour mixture over biscuits. Be sure to cover each biscuit. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

Store in an air-tight container. You can easily reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
